Enquiry data
When you submit an enquiry through the contact form on this website, I collect your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message. I use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if appropriate, to arrange therapy sessions.

This website uses essential cookies to function properly. These cookies do not collect personal data and are used only for technical purposes such as remembering your preferences during a visit.
How long I keep your data
Enquiry data submitted through this website is retained indefinitely in my secure email inbox. This is in line with professional guidelines for therapists and the requirements of my professional indemnity insurance.
If you become a client, your personal and session data is held securely and retained for a minimum of 7 years following the end of our work together, in accordance with BACP guidelines.
Who I share your data with
I do not sell, share or transfer your personal data to any third party, except where required by law.
This website is hosted on a secure server. Your enquiry data is stored in my personal email inbox which is protected by two-factor authentication.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access — you can request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
- The right to rectification — you can ask me to correct any inaccurate data
