I'm an Integrative Counsellor- this means I'm not wedded to any one type of therapy - different people need different things at different times. We can work together on finding out what you need.
I have a background working with neurodiversity - especially ADHD and autism - depression and anxiety, and developmental trauma. There is no single 'right' way to be in this world, and we all have to find our own path. No two lives will ever look the same.
I believe in a holistic understanding of people - we are more than just our bodies, or our thoughts, or feelings, or behaviours. We are a complex system comprising all of these, as well as the relationships we have with other people, with the world around us, and the various parts within us.
For a deeper dive into my personal approach to the work, check out the Elemental Wellbeing section - we can incorporate as much or as little of this as you like.

I'm based in the Oxford Point building, just round the corner from Bournemouth Train Station.
There is free on-site parking available during office hours, and a pay & display car park nearby on Madeira Rd for sessions after 5pm.
If you can't make it into the office, or prefer the convenience of online sessions, these are also always available.
